Shipping policy
1.-The shipping policy will be determined by the purchase conditions.
2. The sale price of the product will always be EXWORKS, offering the platform possible transport options. 3. The platform will offer the client two possibilities:
• Management of transport by the client, the latter looking for the transport company, carrying out all the pertinent steps and assuming all the derived costs, as well as the responsibility of the state of the product.
• The platform offers the customer transportation coordinated by the platform, assuming the customer an additional cost to the price of the meat, due to transportation, and assuming the customer all responsibility for transportation and merchandise.
In any case, the responsibility of the slaughterhouse in terms of transporting the merchandise is non-existent, it is the customer who owns the meat who assumes the responsibility for the transport in its entirety.
4.-The method of sale of the platform is product and exwork price, always assuming the customer the responsibility of transport. All responsibility of the slaughterhouse in the transport of the product and in the state that it arrives due to transport is excluded.
5.-The slaughterhouse assumes the responsibility that the product does not comply with the specifications set forth in its technical sheet, quantity, average weight indicated if applicable, fresh or frozen, packagin format, as well as agreed product expiration dates.
6.-In the event that there is a disagreement in the product delivered to the client, he will contact the platform and from it, the details will be indicated to fill in the disagreement.
Return policy
1.-The slaughterhouse is obliged to respect the technical data sheet in terms of the product and its characteristics, also understood that it is a natural product, therefore each piece cannot have exactly the same weight or the exact same cut, but some standards regarding quality and agreed weight.
2.-All orders will be based on the technical sheet of the product and on some specifications that will be attached, in order to define and clarify the agreement between both parties (buyer and seller)
3.-If a product that did not correspond to that indicated in the technical sheet had been sent, it would be negotiated with the buyer and the seller in order to reach an agreement that was reasonable and compensatory for both parties.
4.-This agreement will be taken by either the slaughterhouse or the platform, as the case may be.
5.-Any claim that the client wants to present must be presented within a period of 5 business days, once the merchandise has arrived at its destination. Said claim must be notified via email to the platform, clearly stating what happened with the cargo.
6.- The platform, to file said claim, may ask the client for the necessary documentation of the cargo, as well as photographs to be able to determine the origin, quantity and reason for the claim. The merchandise cannot be manipulated once the claim has been made, being at the expense of what the platform or the slaughterhouse indicate to clarify, define and specify exactly the reason for the claim.
